Tue-Sun: 10.30am to 5.30pm
All other OFF days will be listed at our website and facebook.

No online order is confirmed till you receive a call/SMS/whatsapp from us.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Q. What are the payment modes you accept?
A: We accept Cash or Bank Transfers via OCBC Current Account: 516-713963-001 (Balestier Branch).

Q: What is the minimum purchase amount to qualify for FREE delivery?
A: FREE delivery islandwide* for purchases S$70 nett and above except Cash and Carry Promo and Livestock.
*For Tuas and Jurong West Extension, please ensure a minimum purchase of S$90 nett and above.

For purchases below S$70, you can ask for delivery service at a nominal charge of S$10-20 depending on areas.

Q. I live in the Central Business District (CBD). Do I have to pay extra?
A: Yes, for CBD clients, a CBD charge will be incurred. Driver will collect on the spot upon delivery. It can range from S$1-S$3.

Q. If I require the delivery to be sent to my office at a shopping mall, do I need to pay extra?
A: Yes, carpark charges will be applicable.

Q: How soon can you deliver after I placed my order?
A: We only do Sat deliveries unless otherwise stated. Please submit all orders by Thu, 3pm.

Q: What are your delivery timings like?
A: Depending on areas, we will contact you to inform you on the designated timings.

Q: I need to run some errands & may not be in to receive the goods in time.
A: You may opt for payments via bank transfer in advance before Sat delivery and arrange for items to be left outside your doorstep or with your neighbours.
A 4 hours time range is given to our drivers to cater for weather and traffic conditions. You may request to indicate a remark for our drivers to call before delivery.

Q: I have an urgent order. Can I pick it up myself at your physical shop?
A: Yes, you can do so within the stipulated timing at our physical shop. Please call us at 64566652/81986764 for urgent orders. We do not do meet ups at MRT stations or elsewhere.

Q: Do you deliver overseas (i.e. outside Singapore)?
A: Sorry, we do not.
